1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpp4u platform, you explicitly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are not permitted to use this platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
1.2 User Eligibility
To register for and use kpp4u's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation that restricts participation in online gambling activities.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
2.1 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses. 2.2 Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own unless you promptly report a security compromise. kpp4u recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login details with anyone.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Permitted Use
The kpp4u platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Users may access all available games and services upon logging in with a registered and verified account.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or play on the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system weaknesses in the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. kpp4u reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all required security checks have been completed. Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated and may result in a temporary account suspension.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
5.1 Account Suspension and Closure
Kpp4u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested identity verification, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete.
5.2 Liability Limits
Kpp4u is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. kpp4u's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the kpp4u platform are the exclusive property of kpp4u or its relevant third-party licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, retransmit, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from kpp4u.

The kpp4u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. kpp4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
6.1 Right to Amend Terms
Kpp4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6.2 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
6.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. kpp4u's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
